I hereby waive, release, and discharge MUAY THAI SCHOOL USA LLC, all partners and their heirs, representatives, assigns and all persons who act on their behalf of any and all liability which may in any manner arise from participation in these online Muay Thai Personal Training Certification Program, events, activities, classes or training. I further agree to indemnity MUAY THAI SCHOOL USA LLC, all partners and their heirs, representatives, assign, and all persons who act on their behalf of any and all liability which may in any manner arise from participation in these online Muay Thai Personal Training Certification Program, events, activities, classes or training causing injury, death, or damage to persons of property. This indemnification will include the payment of reasonable attorney fees in the defense of any such action. I hereby declare that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have relied upon my own judgment, belief and knowledge of these online Muay Thai Personal Training Certification Program,events, activities, classes and training, and that no representation or statements about any portion of this document have influenced me in making this release.
